At Mountain Ridge Handcrafted Homes, we build quality custom designed log homes and put care and precision into every cut. We specialize in building with Western Red Cedar trees, and can design and build anything from ski chalets to simple log cabins and beautiful dream log homes. Our log home company was founded on the principles of our President, Shane Kutzer, who acquired a passion for log artistry at a young age while helping his father log in Northern, BC.
For the past 20 years, Shane has been helping families build their dream homes. The passion and genuine love of his work can be seen in every scribe and cut he makes, and that approach has spilled over into every log home builder of the Mountain Ridge Handcrafted Homes team. So whether you need a uniquely designed log home or a simple log structure, we have the design and construction experience to build to suit.
